Welcome to the North Tucson Firefighters Local 3832
For over 25 years, the North Tucson Firefighters Local 3832 has proudly represented more than 250 dedicated members who serve the residents of the Golder Ranch Fire District. Our union advocates for fair wages, comprehensive benefits, and safe working conditions, empowering our members to focus on what they do best: serving the community with courage and compassion.
Since the fire district's inception in 1977, our firefighters have been strong in their commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our communities across Pima County, Pinal County, the Town of Oro Valley, and the Town of Marana. We believe in the power of community and work tirelessly to build strong relationships with our neighbors. Together, we will continue to support and strengthen the communities we serve.
Our members' dedication to service goes beyond the bell. We understand that being a firefighter means being there for our community in times of crisis, and we approach this responsibility with care and professionalism. Each member of our union is not just a firefighter; they are a neighbor, a friend, and a pillar of support.
Local 3832 is committed to our mission: advocate for our members, protect our community, and uphold the values that define us. We are eager to collaborate and find new ways to strengthen our community ties while continuing our dedicated service for many years to come. We take pride in the legacy we have built; Local 3832 will take care of your firefighters while they take care of you.
Be active, stay vocal and be good.
Sincerely,
Benjamin Jones, President
